Orders are processed between 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.

StraitSwim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

RETURNS
Our goal is to make you island gypsies feel as comfortable in your swimwear as possible and this goes hand in hand with providing great customer service and you being completely happy with your purchase! Therefore any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits will happily be accepted for an exchange or return.

Here’s how it happens:

  • Customer must first contact StraitSwim within (7) days of receiving merchandise for an exchange or return authorization number and form.
  • The merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice, a completed exchange form, original sanitary stickers must be in place and untampered, and original hang tags must still be attached.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping return costs. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking or delivery confirmation on all returns. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
  • Please be aware that we try to process exchanges as soon as possible, but it can take up to 10 business days to process from the date of receipt we receive.
  • ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
